Immediately the boy’s father exclaimed, “I do believe; help me overcome my unbelief!” Mark 9:24

Beauty of the Season

wrapped in sunless drab and cold,

has beauty not found in any other season.

Stripped of their leaves,

trees stand barren with a look of boredom.

Each branch,

from the smallest to the largest,

those that reach up to the sky,

those that reach out to their neighboring tree,

and those that bend down toward the ground,

are brought to life by the contrast of the freshly fallen snow.

Notice the tiny branches usually hidden by leaves;

although small,

they enhance the beauty of the season.

Psalm 74:17

It was you who set all the boundaries of the earth;
 you made both summer and winter.
